I was trying to find an Independant Insurance Broker to assist me in finding a Dental provider in Wichita, KS that accepted my Dental Insurance. Using the Insurance 'Provider Search' portal just was not working for me.I wasn't even sure that my insurance plan was the best for this area. I must have contacted ICT Insurance Group, because out of the blue, I received a call from Darrella O'Connor, an Insurance Broker with ICT Insurance Group. Let me tell you something. I have Parkinson's and some task's are difficult for me. Darrella was like an Angel of Mercy in showing up and knowing what I was going through, and even knowing that I was going through this endeaver alone. I had done a lot of research, but putting it all together just was not happening. I was amazed at this lady, who I did not know, had swooped in and, working on a vacation break just before Independance Day, provided me with all the answers to my questions, two Dental providers that met my preferences, were highly rated, and personally verified by her contacts over the years. I found myself in a Dental exam chair at noon on July 3rd. Wow! She did everything but drive me there. I think she would have if her car had not been in the shop. I'm a senior and a Vet having moved here from Florida because it became too expensive too reside there. We have talked further about options for me to cover the out of pocket costs for the treatment plan Dr. Dan established on that first visit. I have only but to begin treatment. Drake was very thorough and gave me several options with the pros and cons of each. He asked if I wanted to think them over but I chose to proceed and he helped my sign up then and there. I was grateful because Medicare has a lot of paths.

Robert helped me figure out me and my husband figure out our insurance for the year as two self-employed individuals. Honestly, I would have selected the same plan he recommended anyway had I shopped the marketplace on my own, but it was great having the confirmation that he agreed that we were purchasing the plan that was right for us, and lastly but certainly not least, after learning more about our health situation, gave us a recommendation for a supplemental plan that I think is honestly going to amazing for us, and would have not known about it, had I not spoken with them. Will keep using ICT Insurance Group to shop my insurance for me! Oh, and Robert always responds quickly and is very communicative. He offers great peace of mind!

I have had a great experience as a client of ICT Insurance. I have known Joe Krsnich for years, and he is a great person. Josh Slate and Blake Sturgeon have both been great to work with directly. The most recent example was when we were adding our new daughter to our insurance, and I was having trouble communicating with the insurance company. I sent Josh an e-mail about it, and he got us a solution the same day. Great service from great people is a combination I think anyone will enjoy!

My name is Kim and my career for over 30 years has been in the ministry. When it came time to maneuver through the uncharted waters of Medicare for me personally it was very important to find someone who was honest and filled with integrity. I visited with our financial advisor who highly recommended Jake Kuhlman. Jake was quick to respond and his detailed list of what was needed for our first appointment was clear and manageable. Jake's approachable personality set me at ease as he skillfully led us to the maze of choices for my health care and medical needs in the future. He even help me sort through all the junk mail I had already received in the mail to sign up for Medicare and help me identify the one document I needed to hold on to. I will be turning 65 in a few months and I feel empowered by Jake and his plan for the next steps. While we were in his office, Jake already helped me start the process and I have the most confidence in his ability and his credibility. Choosing an insurance plan is usually a nightmare—full of incomprehensible jargon, endless options, and unnecessary stress. That’s why my recent experience with Connor was such a much needed relief. From the very beginning, he made the entire process easy to understand and surprisingly smooth. It’s rare these days to find someone not only great at their job, but who also brings genuine understanding and positive energy to the table. Connor took what is normally overwhelming and turned it into a straightforward, even pleasant experience. Sometimes dealing with brokers can be frustrating because you question whether your best interests are actually at the forefront of their minds, but I can’t say enough good things about the support Connor provided, and I’m truly grateful for the difference he made. He offered tailored solutions for my family (which were prepared for me prior to the call) and made the process genuinely stress free (much needed during this time of year).

When my wife was unexpectedly laid off, quickly finding new insurance coverage was an immediate priority. I met with Josh Slate and he took the time to explain all of our options, both on and off the market place. He took the time to understand our needs explained the pros and cons to each option.
